Highland Youth Survey: Budget Consultation

The annual conference of the Highland Youth Parliament took place in June 2025. There, young people discussed issues that were important to them. We want to explore these ideas further with you as part of discussions we’re having on how we spend the Highland Council budget in 2026-2027.
